Ashley (AKA SHMASH) is our fearless leader and a senior from Wayzata (Why-zeh-tah), Minnesota. She’s double majoring in Classics and History and her hobbies include watching dog/cat videos and being a Boatweiler groupie. We guarantee that you have NEVER heard a voice like hers before. It has the indie quality of Regina Spector with the retro sass of Amy Winehouse.

Marcus is our amazing treasurer and a senior Chemistry major with a minor in Computer Science. On campus, he works as a house fellow, and is a member of the International Student Association and La Voz Latinx. He loves pop culture, and when he’s not at Vox he’s probably watching random/weird stuff on YouTube (aren’t we all).

Hey, this is Ryan! He’s a junior Classics major who writes and records amazing songs (find him on SoundCloud!). He loves singing, playing instruments, and hanging with friends. He is also a multidimensional time traveler. One time we saw Ryan walk into a brick wall and disappear. True story.

Kevin (AKA Kevington, Keveroni, Kev, Keloid) is our beloved pitch. He is a junior Music and American Studies double major. He is in many different bands (peep Boatweiler on Spotify). He is also in the jazz ensemble, taking classical guitar lessons, and music directing a show with wig and candle. He drinks about 10000 cups of coffee a day.

Julia is a junior Behavioral Neuroscience major interested in animal behavior and cognition (like Jane Goodall!) and she’s also on the Women’s Rowing Team! Forget what you’ve heard about gingers having no souls, she’s the sweetest gal you will EVER meet. One time Julia wore army pants and flip flops…so WE wore army pants and flip flops.

Em is a sophomore and has some killer style and a beautious soprano voice. Her hobbies include acting, running and writing. She also has an affinity for sushi, good chocolate, and 1940’s swing dresses.

 Sophie is another one of our new members! She’s a first year studying Music and Psychology. When she is not singing with Vox, you can find her tackling people on the rugby field, drinking 5 shots of espresso at Coffee Grounds, or talking about her summer job as a camp counselor. She has an amazing ear and is our rock!

 Emily is (yet another) of our babies from Newton, MA! She’s a first year who is planning to major in Psychology and is also interested in Human Development and Music! Outside of Vox, she’s a part of the Student Support Network and Active Minds. Some things she likes are running (she was supposed to run for Conn but we snagged her first), summer, and Amy Winehouse’s sultry voice. Some super fun facts: she has a twin brother and her dream job as a child was to be a singer! She has a great low belt and, as Lil John once said, she can Get Low ;)

 Avery is a first year and has only lived in two places her whole life: St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and Cape May, New Jersey. She is in Active Minds, PRISM, and is on the sailing team. Her hobbies include acting, snorkeling, discovering weird YouTube videos, and dismantling the patriarchy (mood). Her favorite animal is an orca (#captivitykills) and her interests include ABBA and Shrek. Avery has a super strong voice, perfectly suited for ABBA (good thing she loves them so much…)! Fun fact: she was bitten by a poisonous spider so now she has spider powers (did you hear that Marvel???).

 Ellie is another first year on the sailing team (clearly, we love us some water sports here at Vox…) with an amazing high register. She’s also, like, a little bit fluent in Italian which is pretty freakin’ cool.
